Business Loan Advisory & Consultancy Services
The right loan, structured the right way.
Every business client gets our advisory team as a value-add, not just a loan application. We look at your cash flows, assets and plans, then recommend the facility, amount, tenure and security that fit, before any lender sees the file.
Who it is for: SMEs and growing companies, developers with RERA projects, and NRI promoters who need a trusted team on the ground in India.
Book a consultationOur Business Loan Advisory and Consultancy services are a separate advisory service, distinct from our role as a referrer and introducer. The scope of work and any fee are agreed with you in writing, in a separate engagement letter, before we start. If we or our authorised DSA also receive an introduction fee or commission from a lender for the same facility, we will tell you in your engagement letter.

Consultancy questions
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The discovery call is free and carries no obligation. In about [30 to 45] minutes, we will understand your business, how much you need, what for and by when, and tell you whether we think the funding is realistic and what it would take. If you want us to go further, for example to prepare a project report or CMA data, we will send you a written scope and fee proposal first. You decide whether to go ahead.
How are your consultancy fees structured?
Fees depend on the work involved. We may charge a fixed fee for defined work such as a project report or CMA data, a success fee linked to sanction or disbursement, or a combination of both. The scope, deliverables, fee, timing of payment and taxes are agreed with you in a written engagement letter before we start. Consultancy is a separate advisory service from our role as a referrer and introducer. If we or our authorised DSA also receive an introduction fee from a lender on the same facility, we tell you in the engagement letter. [Fee ranges to be set by the business.]
Do you work only with your partner lenders?
We start with the banks, housing finance companies and NBFCs on our lending partners list, where we can work directly with credit teams. If the right lender for your case is not on our list, for example for a large syndicated facility, we can discuss approaching other lenders as part of the advisory engagement, and will tell you how we are paid in that case. We choose lenders on fit, not on what we earn.
Can you help if a lender has already declined us?
Often, yes. We first find out why: weak financials, too little security, a credit bureau issue, the structure of the loan, or a policy limit at that lender. Then we look at what can change, such as a different facility, additional collateral, a co-applicant or guarantor, a smaller first tranche, cleaner documentation, or a lender with a different appetite. We will tell you honestly if we do not think a case can be placed.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the funding. A loan against property or term loan can take about [X to Y weeks] from first call to sanction. A new working capital limit with CMA data usually takes [X to Y weeks]. Builder or project funding and debt syndication often take [X to Y months], because of project appraisal, legal and technical checks, and multiple lenders. We agree a timetable with you at the start, but lender timelines are outside our control.
General information only. Lender policies vary and the lender makes the final decision.
