Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of klicknri.com, our WhatsApp channels and the tools on the site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

KLICK NRI is a brand of KLICK NOVA CONNECT [legal suffix], [registration number], registered office at BLK 57 Pasir Ris Drive 1, Singapore ("KLICK NRI", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. We are a referrer and introducer, not a lender

KLICK NRI is a brand of KLICK NOVA CONNECT [suffix]. We are a referrer and introducer only. We introduce clients, through an authorised direct selling agent (DSA) of the lenders, to RBI-regulated banks, housing finance companies and NBFCs. We are not a lender, and we do not sanction, price, underwrite, disburse or service any loan. Every credit decision is made by the lender. The lenders we introduce clients to are listed on our Lending Partners page.

  • We do not lend money, and we do not take deposits.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a loan approval, or a promise that a loan will be sanctioned.
  • Each lender decides, in its sole discretion, whether to lend, how much, at what rate and on what terms. The lender's sanction letter, Key Fact Statement and loan agreement are the only documents that set your loan terms.
  • We do not charge you any fee for introducing you to a lender. Any introduction fee is paid by the lender or our authorised DSA. Our Business Loan Advisory and Consultancy services are a separate advisory service: if you engage us for them, the scope and any fee will be agreed with you in a separate engagement letter before work starts.

3. Estimates, calculators and comparisons are indicative

  • The eligibility check, EMI calculator and estimate email use the figures you enter and common Indian lending norms (for example total EMIs of about 50% of income, tenure up to 30 years or about age 60). They are estimates, not approvals.
  • Compare Offers shows lenders' published starting rates as on the date shown on the table, collected from [lenders' websites / the lender rate card supplied through our DSA arrangement]. Starting rates apply to the best-qualified borrowers. The rate offered to you may be higher, depending on your profile, income country and lender policy.
  • Rankings in Compare Offers are by published starting rate only. They are not a recommendation of any lender. [Lenders that do not publish a rate for the product are shown as "priced case by case".]
  • We try to keep figures current but cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free at every moment.

4. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a loan will be sanctioned or disbursed, the amount or rate, the time a lender will take, or that a property, developer or lender will perform as promised.

5. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • give true, complete and current information, and only your own or information you are authorised to share (for example, a co-applicant's details with their permission)
  • not upload forged, altered or someone else's documents
  • not use the site for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with its security
  • follow Indian foreign exchange rules (FEMA) and the law of the country you live in that apply to you

False information may lead lenders to reject or recall a loan and may be an offence.

6. Property listings

Properties are shown for information. KLICK NRI is a referrer only: we introduce interested buyers to the developer or to our RERA-registered agent partner, and we do not negotiate or act for either party. Property bookings are handled by [RERA-registered agent name], RERA registration no. [number], who receives any booking commission. Listings use information supplied by developers. We show each project's RERA registration number. Please check the RERA registration on the relevant state RERA website, and check title and approvals independently, before you pay anything.

The site links to third-party sites and services, including lenders, RERA portals, WhatsApp, Google Meet and the RBI. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

The KLICK NRI name and logo, site design, text, calculators and guides belong to KLICK NOVA CONNECT or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Lender and developer names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • the site and its content are provided "as is", for general information
  • we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on an estimate, comparison, guide or listing, from a lender's or developer's decision or conduct, or from the site being unavailable
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or opportunity
  • our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to [INR [amount] / the fees, if any, you paid us in the 12 months before the claim]

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for our gross negligence.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for loss we suffer because you broke these terms or gave false information or documents. [Counsel to confirm this is proportionate for consumers.]

11. General information only

Guides, checklists and FAQs are general information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Take professional advice on your own situation.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page with the latest date applies.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [city, e.g. Mumbai] have exclusive jurisdiction, [subject to any right you have to use the grievance process on our Grievance Redressal page or the RBI Integrated Ombudsman for complaints about a lender].
